staticCore v1.0.0 release

Beta testing and bug fixing was completed and after a few tweaks I have a production ready theme release on the projects Github.

I'm excited to announce the official v1.0.0 release of the staticCore WordPress Theme — now available on GitHub. This theme was originally built as a lightweight foundation for converting static HTML/CSS/JS websites into WordPress, and it's now production-ready.
